Responsible for implementation and customization of Lash's proprietary (VB6 and .NET) “Patient Plus” case management CRM workflow platforms for major pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Temporary contract project manager and lead business analyst during county CalWin deployment, successfully delivering three web applications for Medi-Cal, CAAP and Fiscal customers to support client, case and medical provider management.
