Project Manager/Analyst (Consultant: Feb 2006 - Feb 2007, Advisor: Sep 2007-Mar 2008)
Responsible for implementation and customization of Lash's proprietary (VB6 and .NET) “Patient Plus” case management CRM workflow platforms for major pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Successfully released two full life-cycle Patient Plus implementations: conducting project planning, coordination, estimation, requirements, and release.
- Managed complex change requests relating to new products, regulations and requirements for five existing clients/platforms. Implemented a change control process that drastically reduced the release defect rate and improved customer satisfaction, receiving a customer service award.

Temporary contract project manager and lead business analyst during county CalWin deployment, successfully delivering three web applications for Medi-Cal, CAAP and Fiscal customers to support client, case and medical provider management.
- Provided leadership and direction for three developers and an analyst, from estimation and project planning through to scope control and release management. “One of the smoothest deployments we’ve ever had” – HSA IT director.
